Canvases come two different ways gallery wrapped or with a gold frame.

The gallery wrapped canvas comes stretched on a wooden internal frame. The picture is wrapped around an internal frame and attached in the back so the picture extends around the edges of the frame. (See example to the left) This allows for hanging the artwork without having to have an outside frame. Of course, you can add an outside frame, if you want.

The framed canvas comes in a gold frame very similar to the one in the example at the top of this page. The image is first gallery wrapped and then mounted in the Frame. This gives you the extra flexablity to use the image as gallery wrapped should your decor change.

All images for both open stock and limited editions are on very high-quality canvas that is coated with an environmentally friendly protective coating. This coating will help protect your canvas from moisture, humidity, abrasions, fingerprints, and more.

There will be only 99 of the limited edition canvases made. Each will be numbered and signed by the artist, Rod Shean.
