What do we do?
We start by giving you a short presentation on computer terms and a general overview of how your computer works. This will provide you with a foundation to better understand, when someone starts talking computer jargon. This is just the beginning of a fun and rewarding process of getting you up to speed on how to use your computer and

When we get done you will know how to do the following:
All training is done right in the comfort of your home on your own computer. When we get done your computer will have many software tools installed that help you in your day to day use of your computer and you’ll know how to use them.
How do we do it?
We call you on the phone and talk you through the installation of some special software which allows us to connect to your computer remotely so we can view your computer screen on our computer screen. We give you directions on exactly what to click on to get your computer setup for easy use. If you choose to allow it, we can even control your mouse and keyboard from our computers to show you exactly what needs to be done should you have a problem. (Note: We cannot access your computer for viewing or control without you being there and physically giving us permission by inviting us to view or control your screen)
We have found this is even more effective than us being there in person. We do not have to look over your shoulder nor you ours. It is a much smother operation and after about 2 minutes it becomes very comfortable and easy to do.
After we are connected we talk you trough step by step directions on how to get your free software installed and how to get the most from your computer.
We find it interesting that people will spend hundred of dollars in getting their computer fixed if they have a hardware problem but will not spend any money or time to learn how to use their computer efficiently. It is sort of like having a great running car that you barely know how drive.

What is the Cost?
We charge $45.00 per hour of training. Let me guess, you just thought that is way too much money or I can’t afford that. Let’s review what all you get, we are going to install 7 pieces of software and learn how to use each of them in a one-on-one personal training setting. You will have the full attention of the instructor, no sharing them with 20 other students. You are using your computer system for all training therefore, when we are done everything will be installed and working on your system. You do not have to go home and try to duplicate what you just did in a classroom. In comparison, if you have a hardware problem the average cost of repair is around $130 minimum and you still don’t know how to use your computer any better than before it was fixed.
How long does it take?
It could be a little as 1 hour or as much as 5 hours, the averages is 3 hours for most people. Each training sessions is approximately 1 hour so you don't have to deal with information overload. Most important, when we get done you will be able to use your computer to do all the basic things and more with ease and confidence.
